 Sigmund J. Chavis focuses his practice on estate planning, with an emphasis on taxation and the owners of closely held businesses.  His over 30 year experience includes providing tax-wise solutions to business succession planning, multi-generational estate planning, and "non-traditional family" planning.  He helps clients implement charitable giving programs, and has supervised attorneys and other professionals in trust and estate administration.

 

Sig counsel businesses in optimum structuring, and assists physician groups in structuring relationships with hospitals and other health care entities.  He counsels physicians, physician groups, medical laboratories and bio-detection firms.
