Mr. Solomon Gutstein is a real estate and business transaction attorney assisting clients in real estate acquisition, sale financing, zoning matters, 1031 exchange, mortgage problems, residential, commercial, shopping center and other real estate development.  Mr. Gutstein also represents mortgage lenders and businesses in health care matters involving the Nursing Home Care Act including nursing home licensing and administrative proceedings.
