Mr. Helms is a real estate and general corporate transaction attorney with an emphasis in the areas of condominium construction and conversions, commercial and shopping center leases, land development, commercial and industrial property sales and purchases, residential real estate transactions.  In addition to buyers and sellers, Mr. Helms has represented custom home contractors and mortgage lenders.
