Mr. Travers is a civil trial attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction activities. He also litigates insurance coverage issues, insurance bad faith cases, will and trust disputes, real estate disputes and commercial cases involving contract disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenants. Mr. Travers has successfully tried cases before juries in the state court and before arbitrators.
